"This hotel was the center of everything. The easy access to slopes only 100 yards away. The buses take you to town every 15 mins. Food is food and family friendly space. "

"We reached the property about 20 minutes early and the door code wouldn’t work until the official check in time. Fair enough! (We left then, however management did promptly grant us admission when i called) After a long day of traveling, we just couldn’t wait to take warm showers. Unfortunately the hot water didn’t work! We let it run a bit, hoping pipes just needed warming up. We left for dinner, upon returning the water still wasn’t warming. That was a huge bummer to say the least! Management did come right out (stationed about 45 minutes away), telling us that it occasionally happens! For the price point, you would hope this recurrent issue is checked before someone comes to stay!? By late evening we did get to take showers, and management checked on it again the next day. Sure would have liked a discount for this day one major inconvenience. I am giving this house a 5 overall. Pretty well stocked ( just enough TP, no coffee, two dishwasher pods), and i wanted to be really mad about the cold water, but people, this place is BEAUTIFUL! Every space, carefully designed and special.We had fires every night, cooked several meals, our sons relaxed in the hot tub after their mountain adventures, we played cards, watched movies, walked to town…Its the perfect… THE perfect mountain home.Highly recommend! Truly.Crested Butte is so charming with top notch restaurants, walkable to property. (Just check the water right away, and bring your fav essential provisions.) "

"Great location, just a block from Elk Avenue. The house is charming, and the kitchen is well set up. The property management company does a very professional job.Two small things to mention: Watch your head in some parts of the upstairs — the ceiling can be low. And note that the bathrooms can be a little cramped."

"We loved this home for our first stay in Crested Butte! We were 6 adults and 2 kids and a dog. The owner lives locally and helped with any questions or needs that came up during our stay. The kids loved sledding on the nearby hill, building puzzles, playing board games, the neighborhood was super dog friendly, and the Nordic ski trail/ hiking trail was only a walk down to the end of the street. The ski shuttle was only 2 blocks away, and we loved the storage locker provided by the home for our ski gear located in the Treasury Building by the Ski lifts. The family room accommodated everyone and the kitchen had plenty of room for several cooks at the same time. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views from the home were amazing! A"
