    Ground floor entrance to the open-plan living room and dining area. Separate fully fitted kitchen with utility room and door to rear garden. Stairs to first floor. Master bedroom with twin beds (2x 3ft single beds). Second bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed. Third bedroom with a 4ft small double bed. Family bathroom (shower cubicle with separate bath, sink and toilet).



    Parking - Two parking spaces for medium sized cars to the front of the property on the driveway.



    Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.



    Technology - 43 inch flat screen, Smart television. WIFI facility.



    Kitchen - Electric oven, 4-burner electric Hob, full height fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washing Machine.



    Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.



    Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
