New holiday home 10 min drive from sundbank one of best beach in Dorset, excellent indoor facilities as well, modern, spacious, a perfect gate away home.

Main booking person must be no less then 23 year old.

4th Office/Bedroom has been created for client in smart working, laser printer provided, on request can be converted in small double bedroom to be requested in advance before check in.

Garden have a room with large All year Hot tub, 3mt x 2.2mt Hot tub is fully sanitised with water changed before every check in. Floating chlorine device and fully treatment.
