Fully fitted Miele kitchen with breakfast bar. Master bedroom (4ft 6in double bed) with en-suite bathroom (large walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (shower over the bath, sink and toilet).



    Parking - One reserved parking space in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").



    Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.



    Technology - Flatscreen TV with freeview. DVD player, WIFI, Roberts Stream with Bluetooth and USB.



    Kitchen - Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, feature extractor hood, electric oven and fitted microwave. Utility cupboard with washer / dryer machine.



    Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.



    Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
