Pottery Place is a renovated end of terrace house, close to local cafes, shops and restaurants in Ashley Cross. With four double bedrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of 8 people and benefits from a private garden and driveway parking for two cars. The property is also within easy reach of Whitecliff Recreation Ground and Sandbanks Beach.
The Space:
The ground floor of the property contains a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area with bi-fold doors that open onto the back garden, with further opportunity for outside seating and dining. The shed at the rear of the garden can be used to store bikes and beach equipment during your stay. Complimented by fully integrated appliances (electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher), the kitchen also has an island with breakfast bar and two stools. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine available for use during your stay.
One super-king bedroom room (bedroom three) is conveniently located on the ground floor with a dedicated workspace. Please note that whilst there is a WC on the ground floor, the main bathrooms with washing facilities are located on the first floor.
Stairs up to the first floor lead to the remaining three bedrooms, main bathroom (bath, separate shower toilet, sink and towel rail) and second shower room (shower, toilet, sink and towel rail).
The master bedroom has a super-king set up, bedroom two is defaulted to a twin room set up, bedroom four is set up with a double bed.
Please note that the beds in the three larger bedrooms can be set up as super king size beds or as twins – default set up is two super king size beds and one twin room plus the fourth bedroom with the double bed. If you would like a different configuration please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival.

Public Transport Pottery place has excellent transport links, with a variety of buses available on Pottery Road, including the 60 Breezer direct to Sandbanks Peninsula (please check service provider website for details). The closest train station is Parkstone Station. Bournemouth Airport is just 20 minutes’ drive from this property.

Pets are limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
