You're just a short drive from the golden sands of Sandbanks Beach, and well-placed for harbour boat trips, watersports, and coastal exploration along the stunning Jurassic Coast. A perfect base for soaking up the very best of Dorset!



Getting Around:

Beryl App

Poole Train Station has a Beryl Bay in its forecourt, where guests can rent bikes or e-scooters via the Beryl App, ideal for exploring locally or heading towards Poole Quay and Sandbanks.



Buses

Bus stops are within a few minutes' walk, with regular routes connecting you to Poole town centre, Sandbanks, and Bournemouth, making it easy to get around without a car.



Trains

Poole Train Station is within easy reach and offers direct links to Bournemouth and London Waterloo, great for day trips or longer journeys.



Taxis

Parking

One allocated parking space is included with the property. An additional space is available next door at £7 per night, subject to availability - just ask and we'll arrange it for you.



Families

This family-friendly home is set across multiple levels and includes 3 staircases throughout the property. While children and families are very welcome, please note that we do not provide stair gates, and young children should be supervised at all times. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.



Pets

This property allows up to 2 pets to stay for an additional fee, which can be paid after booking via your personalised guest portal.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Cancellation Policy



* Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

* Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
