"Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"

"The family that runs the property speaks wonderful English and is so helpful and works to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and well done. Clean and everything works. The location could not be better to be near by shopping and restaurants. They park your car for you for your stay and are always willing to help with maps and directions to places. I loved our stay. "One word: WOW! Surely among the best places I have stayed recently. And in a gorgeous town, Orvieto. The hotel is in a 14th century building and my room featured a beautiful set of desk and dressers. We dealt with Maria Silvana, the mother of the owner Beatrice. The building is on a piazza with several restaurants and bars. Some frescos in the dining room date from the 14th century. Quite frankly, I would give it a 10/10."

"The staff were excellent and welcoming, especially Chiara at the front desk who got us dinner reservations at a wonderful local restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and had a nice view through a small window. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, with made-to-order cappuccino, espresso, etc. We would definitely stay again. Orvieto was one of our favorite places in Italy. "
