House Tolic

House Tolic is a beautiful holiday house with swimming pool only 4 km from the town of Porec and beach.

On enclosed property there is a 24 qm swimming pool, barbecue, deck chairs, covered terrace with dining table. A few minutes by car you can find shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, ATMs.



House Tolic is a fully air-conditioned one-storey house of 132 qm. Guests have at their disposal a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and an extra bed, two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen☺️es wurde uns alles erklärt und gezeigt, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet alles da Essig,Öl, Salz und Pfeffer, Kaffeevollautomat, genug Spülmittel und genug Geschirrtücher,Putzmittel,Bügeleisen ein Schrank voll Handtücher und viel Klopapier also das hatten wir noch nie in keinem Haus ☺️ Pool und Haus empfanden wir als sehr gemütlich alles sauber und gepflegt, das Wasser vom Pool wurde täglich vom Besitzer überprüft und während dessen bekamen wir nützliche Tipps für unseren Urlaub, die Besitzer sind super nett und freundlich es war ein schöner Aufenthalt 😁😁😁😁

Tolles Haus, alles vorhanden was man braucht...... komplett eingezäunt, ideal für Fellnasen..... hinterm Haus toller Gassiweg....Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, kümmern sich liebevoll um Pool und Garten......Vielleicht eine kleine Anregung für den Sitzplatz, Frühstücksterrasse....einen Deckenventilator....ist zwar nicht vorrangig wichtig, wäre aber das iTüpfchen, für lauschige Abende auf der Terrasse....Insgesamt waren wir über zufrieden, empfehlen es gerne weiter....
