About this property

NEW - River Sister: Beautiful 3/2.5 home overlooking Myakka River

  • The space offers an open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room that is perfect for entertaining. Open the sliding glass doors that opens to extend the space into the lanai and pool area. The newly surfaced heated pool has a brand new screen enclosure to keep you bug free. Relax by the pool, do some fishing on the canal or rent a boat and venture out. Home is situated on Myakka River which leads out into the gulf on a 40 minute boat ride.
    Bedroom 2 king beds with an en-suite bathroom with tub and closet as well as a door leading out into the pool area. There is a TV in this room.
    Bedroom 2 has a king bed and TV. There is a full bathroom just outside of bedroom 2 with a shower.
    Bedroom 3 is on the opposite side of the house and has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a half bath just outside of this bedroom.
    There is a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room.
    Portable crib available upon request.
