This newly remodeled cozy home is the answer to enjoying your time in Florida. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pots, microwave, cookware, dishes and more. Brand new installed bathtub. Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. Enjoy the beautiful sand beaches while staying in the comforts of home. Security system with outside surveillance for your safety. Privacy fence with pool cage with screened porch. Very nice home in a nice relatively quiet neighborhood. Well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen. Anything we needed was there. Almost like being home. Only a couple miles to Warm Mineral Springs Park.

The house had everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and more then enough linen and pillows. The location was great. The pool is clean and the TV is a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great for our baseball trip

Loved how close it was to the baseball fields my son was playing it. The pool was great for cooling off after the fields. House had everything we needed. Will definitely book again should we ever be back in that area.
