This one level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (also has murphy bed). Can easily sleep 6 guests. Very spacious, calming water views and private pool area. Home is totally turn key and fully equipped. Very large sunroom in the back offers total relaxation with large screed TV. Sunroom opens to both pool area and deck sitting with view of dock and canal.

Wonderful 1 Month Stay

Home was just as advertised, very comfortable, well appointed and located in nice, quiet friendly neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large florida room, the heated pool and being on the canal. It was nice to be within walking distance of the Port Charlotte Beach and Recreation Area. There was great communication with the owner and they responded immediately to any questions. We would definetly stay again!

great location

We did a 3 weeks stay as a winter getaway. Very impressed with owners response to needs and to sanitizing. The pool is beautiful and heated. The neighborhood is very well located and the neighbors are extremely friendly. Our beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. The decor is more old Florida, but everything is clean and in good condition!

A slice of paradise!

This property is beautiful - the house has everything you could need. I throughly enjoyed the scenes from the beautiful Florida room overlooking the pool and canal each morning and evening. In my opinion, it’s the best spot in the house. Loved the pool and the dock. It was truly a slice of paradise- lots of wildlife to see!! The house was very clean and everything in good working order. Beds and furniture comfortable. Communications with owner/manager was great. The community is friendly and quiet and being a brief 5-10 minute walk down to the state park was a huge plus!! Just perfect for a brief or extended stay - highly recommend!! 5 stars all around!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location. The home was nice and the pool my husband and daughter loved. We were down to find an area we want to buy a home. It was a really nice walk every night to the park. I tried to keep the house as I would at home with cleaning the floor everyday etc.
