  • Welcome to Lakeview Sunset! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a fenced-in yard comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring a thoughtful layout perfect for families and groups.

    Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed

    Additionally, we provide a dedicated workspace, a pack ’n play travel crib, board games, and beach essentials.
    Quick House Rules
    Check-in inspection: Let us know of any issues within 2 hours of arrival.
    No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
    Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day
    Registered guests only: No unregistered visitors ($50 per person fee).
    No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
    Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
