Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Remove garbage bags from all rooms (Bathrooms/ kitchen/garage) and tie securely, and dump into large garbage bin on the side of house Grill -clean after each use cover after each use.
- Set thermostat to 75 degrees - Close all blinds - Lock all doors and windows
- Turn off all lights and double check appliances and accessories are " in standby" and not currently open or in immediate us
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
