"Nice location but not really a relaxing place to stay. Paper thin walls here, uncomfortable beds."

"Bed was extremely uncomfortable, complimentary breakfast was mediocre & cold. Same dishes served the entire stay. Cleaning staff didn’t speak English. For a 2 story building a key card had to be used in the elevator to access the 2nd floor. The card reader didn’t work & I had to take the stairs to get to my room. Room card wasn’t required to access stairs. I will not stay here again."

"Decent breakfast spread with waffles, fruits, variety of breads, cereals and syrups. Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were present on all 3 days. Potatoes and sausages were also present."

"Had a great experience here. Only issue we had was that they had given us the room on the ground floor, closest to the front desk. It was very noisy, especially in the evening. Other than that, we had a nice stay. "

"We checked in and the Room was damp, floor boards was raised at the ends from the dampness. No air filtration system in the rooms and felt like I was out of oxygen. We immediately asked reception to move us and they change our room to another room exactly the same so we decided to cancel our reservation and try and find another place. We found a room at residence inn at Wallnut creek and room was decent."

"Was surprised by nightly parking fee; cleaning products made the room smell terrible; TV didn't work right; we thought breakfast was included, and the price was ridiculous for what we got. Will NOT stay here again, or recommend to anyone."

"The staff was very helpful, we had some strange noises in the night, not from other guests but it had been from the mechanical room we were next to, when we mentioned the noise the staff was concerned and did what the could and needed to make our stay better. The pool and pool area looked clean, we didn't visit but could see from our room. The breakfast had very few options, waffle, cereal and a yogurt, coffee and juice. But the area was clean. The location of the hotel is great, and we will stay again when in the area."
