We had a fabulous stay at Saltwater and the accommodations were perfect. The location was convenient and near all the restaurants and shopping! We were less than a 5 minute walk to the Four Mile Beach and we enjoyed our morning runs there. Thank you, Paul for all of your help during our stay.

We absolutely loved our apartment. Spotlessly clean as well as great location. Fully appointed kitchen, right down to the coffee pods. Walking distance to beautiful look outs, parks, dining and bars. Easy communication also. Would highly recommend to others and look forward to returning.

This was our 3rd time staying in PD, first time at Saltwater - which was absolutely amazing. The location right in town on Macrossan is awesome. It is right in the middle of everything, but still very quiet in the room. So much easier than grabbing a shuttle all the time if you stay at the resorts out of town which we had done previously. Staff were very kind, kids loved the pool. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings and a nice outlook from balcony. We will be back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property felt like home and had everything we needed. Sandy was awesome at getting us set up and booking trips for us too. They do provide a set up supply of toiletries and toilet paper and tea and coffee etc but then you need to buy your own supplies. this was fine as the supermarket is a two minute walk away. the location is central to the main shopping area and a five minute walk to the beach. We had the best time ever.

Fantastic apartment for our family of five. Apartment had a fresh and welcoming vibe that made us all feel immediately at home. Location was ideal! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was a good size in a very good location. Communication and on-site help/assistance was top notch. Pool and surrounding area was as good as it looks and warm. Amenities wise, the dishwasher not working as it should and nor was the clothes dryer. The wi-fi connection was intermittent and terrible and is not really acceptable in this day and age at this price point.

Property is great with everything you need, centrally located, very walkable. Management office helped extensively on booking excursions but, duplicated one activity. Be sure to have made all plans for your stay prior to paying for anything. Also, Internet connectivity is horrible. I was getting 2MB per second. At home I have a Gig (500 times faster) They need to have 10MB at a minimum for a normal customer.

No lift. Had to lug cases up 62 stairs. Room had not been cleaned. Paid and advertised as luxury apartments but old and outdated. We left and went to the Sheraton without staying 1 night there. Extremely disgusted with the place. Would never recommend to anyone.

Port Douglas Regulars......

The service by Jason was outstanding from the moment we pulled up outside the apartment block. The pool deck is fabulous with plenty of day beds/sun lounges and perfect pool temperature. Unfortunately our apartment was directly on Macrossan Street, so the late night noise from people on the street and also using the ATM (right under our bedroom window), made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Also, the apartment had a very uncomfortable leather lounge and the ensuite bathroom didn't have a door dividing it from the main bedroom.
