Appartamento necessita di ristrutturazione

Ottima comunicazione con Tariq. L'appartamento, soprattutto il bagno, necessita di immediata riatrutturazione: le pareti sono state frettolosamente ricoperte con dellla carta bianca ma si vedono le crepe dietro; dentro la doccia, alla base del muro è stato applicato dello scotch bianco, ma con l'acqua fuoriesce una morchia nera. Il forno era sporco, l'edificio in cattive condizioni, la vista dal salotto su una casa diroccata. In migliori condizioni il salotto e le camere da letto anche se in una è presente una caldaia a muro rumorosa che disturba il sonno e i letti non sono comodissimi
