    This wonderful and iconic house sits just steps away from 'Doc Martin's House' on Roscarrock Hill and its recently completed total refurbishment, offering its guests the highest standard of amenities and comfort. All living areas and bedrooms are sea-facing with uninterrupted views of the village, harbour, and the sea beyond.

    Little Northcliffe includes two sitting rooms, a spacious dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms boasting sea views and en-suite shower rooms, a utility room, and a stunning patio area, as well as a new beautifully designed terraced garden with a built-in barbecue and seating area.

    It's the most prominent situated house in Port Isaac and its new level of luxury, alongside the breathtaking views, introduces a unique holiday experience to this beautiful village!

    While Little Northcliffe is only open out of season, it is available for larger groups for year-round reservations, sleeping a total of 8 guests, making it the perfect choice for families and friends looking to enjoy this wonderful retreat together.

    One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
    One travel cot and highchair are available on request.

    There will be a complimentary basket of logs for your arrival; any further logs can be purchased from local shops.
