Home is in Daytona Beach Shores/ Port Orange. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and a short 10 min drive to Daytona Main Street and the Most Famous Beach in the WORLD! Large Entertaining Pool area with a Beachy Tropical Atmosphere that is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the large shaded area.

Home is full of sweet coastal beach vibes and the area is amazing with multiple restaurants & tiki bars in very short walking distance. Ramp to drive on the beach is only 1 mile away!

Cottage - The cottage is attached to the house with 2 separate entrances. You can access the cottage from the side of the house, or the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. While it is separate with no direct access to the main house, it is only steps away from the sliding glass door back entrance to the main house. The guest cottage is a studio type setting with a kitchen sink, refrigerator, king bed and a pull out sofa bed. There is no bathroom in the cottage, but the main bathroom has an exterior door to the pool area and is only steps away.

Please respect all neighbors- Doggies are OK $50 per dog for entire stay

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and side of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or the front patio area. We respect your privacy.

The pool isn't heated and isn't covered, but is very comfortable during the warmer months.

NO SMOKING inside of the house or garage. Smoking only permitted outdoors. $500 fine for smoking indoors. Please dispose of your butts respectfully.

Please keep all doors and windows shut when AC is running. Please close and lock all doors upon check out. Quiet time 10pm-8pm, respect neighbors.

Any damages to the home including but not limited to walls, hedges, linens, etc will be charged to the guest accordingly.
