LunaSea Estate has been completely remodeled, making it the perfect oasis for your next large group vacation. This home sits directly across from the ocean on one of the rare traffic-free beaches in Volusia County. LunaSea is located on A1A, and the beach is easily reached by an official crosswalk and beach access just two houses down.

This palatial estate lives up to its name, outfitted with everything you need for a fantastic beach trip with a large group! There are 2 separate buildings on the estate: the Main House and the building that holds Units A and B. The Main House has three levels and holds the garage, laundry room, main kitchen, living and dining areas, 3 full bathrooms, the bedrooms and two wraparound balconies with partial views of the ocean across the street. Units A and B each have two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living and dining area and a kitchenette.

Main House, First Level: The first level holds the 3-car garage and laundry room.

Main House, Second Level: The second level holds the kitchen, living room, family room, formal dining room, one full bathroom, two guest bedrooms and the second floor balcony. The living room and family room sit side by side so the whole group can gather together, and feature a large smart TV. The formal dining room is the largest dining area on the estate, and nearby, the fully stocked kitchen offers access to the second floor balcony. The balcony wraps around the building and features colorful Adirondack chairs, with lush foliage and palm trees providing ample shade while you breathe in the salt air and feel the gentle ocean breeze. One guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed, a smart TV and balcony access, and the other has a twin over twin bunk bed. A full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also on this level.

Main House, Third Level: The third level holds 3 bedrooms and a loft sleeping space. The loft has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The first and second guest bedrooms on this level each feature a queen bed, a smart TV and balcony access, and a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also on this level. The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a separate toilet room and a spacious walk-in shower. The third floor balcony also wraps around the building, with colorful Adirondack chairs where you can take in partial ocean views and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic each morning.

Units A and B: The second building on the property holds Units A and B, perfect for those seeking more privacy from the main house. Each unit has its own entrance, a large kitchenette, a living room, a dining area, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 guest bedrooms, for 4 bedrooms total in this building.

Unit A: Unit A offers a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette nearby. The kitchenette comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and even includes a stovetop. Unit A's 2 guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and a smart TV, and its fully remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Unit B: Unit B is larger than Unit A and features a spacious living room that also includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The dining area sits next to a very spacious, fully stocked kitchenette with a stovetop. Unit B's 2 guest bedrooms each have a king bed and a smart TV, and its fully remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Outdoors, a section of the backyard holds 3 large picnic tables and a grill, so the whole group can dine together al fresco.

Port Orange is a quiet city between Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet, home mostly to full-time residents, with no hotels along its beachside area. LunaSea is just a 2 minute walk to Boondocks, where you can dine and drink casually on the river and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by. Next to Boondocks, a marina offers a variety of charters, including deep sea, yacht, pontoon and water sport charters. The Ponce Preserve and many other parks are nearby, and Ponce Inlet dining options like Racing's North Turn, Off The Hook, and Jerry's Italian Grill and Tiki Bar are just a quick drive or leisurely stroll away. Also a short drive away are the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and the Marine Science Center.

Please note that this home is located in a very peaceful, quiet residential area, so quiet hours starting at 9:30PM are strictly enforced. We ask that there be no audible noise coming from the property, such as loud talking or music, after 9:30PM. Guests can be removed without a refund for violating the city's noise restriction.

Please also note there are exterior security cameras on the property. These cameras are for security purposes only, and all are on the exterior of the home facing outward.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The estate includes a 3-car garage and driveway, accommodating a maximum of 5 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, with 3 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Due to septic fields, vehicles cannot be parked anywhere else on the property. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
