"The house was larger than I expected. I wanted something that would fit my 4 siblings and their family under one roof for our mother's memorial. This place fit it and more. Sometime i would rent location and they don't always have what i need in the kitchen. This place had enough to for our group 2x over. Plenty of space to fit everyone and areas were if you wanted be by yourself you can. The option to rent out the boat is also a great plus."
