"Every single photo of his property is nothing more than a bait/switch. The only good part of the room was hot water. The rooms were old, worn and dirty. You could hear neighbors laughing and every child in the complex running around, nothing against kids, but when it is time for us to sleep, I do not want to hear everyone else. Security??? when the door was closed you could see light from outside on 3 sides of the door jam. Continental breakfast consisted of old fruit and sugar cereal. BUT, the coffee was excellent. The bedding... sheets were clean, but the blankets were disgusting. Did not appreciate the cigarette burns in the toilet seat cover. Never again. But if all you want is 6 miles from the base and the feeling of living just above homelessness, this is the place for you. And the photo of the boat near a dock, not even close to where this hell-hole was located. "

"Debbie is a wonderful host. This home is so cozy and clean. It's a home away from home. We were welcomed with baked cookies, a nice greeting card, and a beautifully decorated home. We were so close to Parris Island, the beach and all of the other beautiful places to see in Port Royal and Beaufort. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back. "The only disappointment was the kitchen range. We were totally unfamiliar with an Induction stove and no instructions were available. The property manager quickly addressed the issue but the oven was not functional during our stay of 9 days. Also the 2nd floor toilet was overlooked during cleaning. "

"We visit Beaufort frequently so we knew the area this home was located in. It’s a very cute neighborhood that looks like a fairy garden. The house is a great set up for 3 couples or a large family. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen appeared well appointed. We enjoyed our stay."

"Probably the best home we’ve rented! Check in was effortless no extra hoops to jump through after booking like so many other rentals we’ve stayed in, they just sent the code for the door and that was it! The house was not only very clean but didn’t have any weird smells or bother our allergies which so many beach houses do. The bedding and linens were high end as well as the decor of the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, coffee pot, and even a glass water kettle and French press with fresh ground coffee. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds very comfortable and my children loved the toys and giant stuffed animals on the bed. Zero complaints and we would very much book again. Thank you for making our family weekend more comfortable! 10/10"
