Great House

Owner was very responsive prior to arriving, check in was a breeze. My family loved the house, it was located close to everything we needed which was great. I would definitely recommend to family/friends and others, may rent here again next year if it’s available. Thank you!

Anniversary trip

This property was perfect for our needs. It's location was very convenient to local beaches, shopping and restaurants. The local property manager was a phone call away and very responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Comfortable stay

Great location and plenty of room for us four adults. It was very comfortable, but could use some updating to look even better. We spent several nights playing games out on the patio As a bonus, on our last day we saw an alligator in the pond out back. We would definitely come back again!

Family Vacation

Awesome experience at this property! Everything was available that was listed and the house was immaculate. Great pool! Formed a lot of memories with my kids in the pool and enjoyed dining outside every night! Awesome experience and will absolutely return.

Awesome house!

We loved the house. The pool was amazing. All of the utensils and gadgets in the kitchen were great. We loved eating on the lanai. The amount of pool accessories was impressive. We will be back!

Great find!! Beautiful house and great location

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. It was extremely clean, well stocked and very spacious. The pool was lovely and the owner and their manager were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was close to everything you would need. It was also a short drive to the beach as well. My parents live near by and it was nice to spend time with them. My mom was in heaven that we were so close! Also the check in and out process was very easy . You'll definitely enjoy your stay!!

Port St Lucie home

Loved the property. Great view. The pool was awesome. Really, the only small negative I could say is that my husband felt the bed was uncomfortable. I did not though. The owners were super to deal with. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property.

Spacious and comfortable get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. It had a great outdoor space and the pool was lovely. We were perfectly entertained throughout our visit. We played games, swam in the pool, made some wonderful meals, and ended most of our nights all curled up in the king size bed in the master bedroom for movie nights on the huge TV. The den was also a great space for us to play board and card games while my fiancé simultaneously watched football. We made many fun and amazing memories. We would absolutely recommend this house.

The house was clean .. had a problem with the pool being dirty .. house manager had it cleaned the next morning so that was wonderful .. the house is out dated .. needs some repairs and newer decor.. feels very dark .. not like a Fla home .. but overall we had a nice stay

Great for families!

This is a great house! It's in a quiet neighborhood so it feels like home. The kitchen had more than enough cooking appliances and pots and pans. There are 4 different coffee makers, regular drip, french press, espresso machine and a kuerig! There were some spices and canned goods in the pantry that have been left by others to use, we left some water and seltzer. The tvs are all smart tvs and you can sign into your own streaming accounts. My kids loved that there were a few stuffed animals on thier need to greet them. The pool area is great! It is an older pool but we'll maintained! There were many pool toys in the garage we use? Our host was very responsive when we had a small problem and was very understanding! If we come to this area again we will stay here!

The Perfect Vacation

Spacious, spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated house in quiet upscale neighborhood, with large heated swimming pool. Our family had the opportunity to spent almost two weeks there. Our host, Mr. Revesz and our contact Micki are extremely pleasant, customer oriented and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying every minute of your time in this unique house. My wife and I will never forget our early morning coffees in the backyard. The scenery is just gorgeous. The view is so calming, peaceful, it is breathtaking. The birds by the pond, the crocodile calmly patrolling his territory, it makes you want to stay there for good! Fishing from the ocean shore was above my expectations! I am bit disappointed that the shark I hooked very first day got away. So I have unfinished business in Port St. Lucie and we are already talking about possibility to come back and rent this comfortable house next year again. Gabriela & Lubo from Canada

Hidden gem for golf lovers, and those who loves quiet place yet with close by to allmost everything

What we loved the most about this house was: 1. Very nice pool and great view from the pool area- golf course, its a prestige neighborhood with very nice residents, we got to meet couple of them and chat- most of them retirees from other states. 2. Management was great, we didn't really need anything but when we called, manager picked up the phone right away and was 100% professional, and helpful. 3. rooms are clean and neat. There is everything you will need in a house( paper towels, toilet paper, dish water detergent. towels, coffee filters etc..) House is very nice designed all of the house bedrooms are on one side , kitchen living room and pool on the other side- so we didn't have to worry that we will wake up our toddler. 4. Golf course and its restaurant 19th hole, is AMAZING. The most beautiful course we've seen, and food …..- everything is made in a house even a dressings, once we found out about that restaurant we went there every evening, and its cheaper (and better) that restaurants on river/water front . There are some parts of the house that somewhat outdated, but its doesn't affect you as a guest at all. Beach- the best place to go with kids ( 1-9 years old) is bath tub beach, don't even bother to try other beaches they are not very kid friendly ( BIG waves, lots of sea weed). For adults, without kids any beach there is nice. It took us 25 minutes to get to any beach because of traffic lights. We loved Town of Stuart, it has free guided trolley for tourists, beautiful river walk- is a must to do in the evening, lots of shops on Main street and best playground I ever taken my toddler , its called Kiwanis playground. Town of Jensen is smaller ( to drive to both town takes 15 minutes) from door to downtown, not as much to do, but still nice to go out for dinner once. We would love to come back to this house for the bath tub beach, and pool with a million dollar view to a pond and well taken care golf course. Thank you for having us.

A Very Nice Place With A Few Minor Issues

Stayed here as a couple over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend to get away from the cold and snow in Michigan. Booking process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. Laszlo was very responsive to all inquiries through the VRBO messaging system. He was very accommodating in regards to the pool heat since it's always impossible to predict what the weather will be like and if the heat will actually be necessary. We were very happy to find the temperature of the pool perfect when we arrived. The house is in a nice subdivision with a nice view of the golf course out the back of the home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was clean for the most part with just some minor issues in the kitchen area. However, the house is beginning to show some wear. There were some minor repairs needed inside the house such as the bathroom faucet handle was loose and would actually just come off in your hand if you weren't careful when using it. The top rack of the dishwasher was damaged such that if you tried to pull it out it would almost fall out completely. That made it difficult to load and use the dishwasher. The sliding door to the outside patio area was extremely difficult to open and close and it didn't lock so you have to wedge a pole behind the door to secure it. The other main issue we had was with the availability of amenities. Specifically, the DVD player and the bicycles. We were looking forward to using both since the VRBO listing shows them as available for guest use. Unfortunately, both were unusable when we arrived. The DVD player remote was missing making it unusable. I looked everywhere in the house based on direction from the (very nice) property managers but could not locate it. I ended up purchasing a new remote on Amazon and had it shipped to the house next-day so we were ultimately able to watch the DVDs that we had brought along with us. I left the remote at the house so this issue should now be solved for future guests. The bicycles, however, were totally unusable. There are two bicycles and all four tires were flat. There was a foot pump in the garage but it was damaged and unusable to re-inflate the tires. In general, if a listing includes amenities, they should all be available for guests to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the reasons listed above, I can only give this property 4 starts. With some minor repairs and TLC, it could definitely improve to 5 stars.

A little piece of paradise

Our family really enjoyed this house. It was located in a lovely neighborhood and the pool and lanai overlooked a golf course and pond. We had our coffee out there every morning and it was extremely peaceful. Very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. There are a number of great restaurants and shops nearby. I had a few questions for the owner and he replied instantly. Highly recommended!

Spacious home

I live nearby, but my home can’t accommodate my family when they visit. This home had plenty of space for our 5 adults and one toddler group. The pool and outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the golf course view. The curb appeal of the home is a 2 out of 5 and that is why it is not pictured. The neighborhood is decent for Port Saint Lucie and the beach is only 15 minutes away. The house and furnishings are dated, but the price suited my expectations. The TV remote situation in the living area is very confusing. They need labels on the many remotes. My biggest complaint about the cleanliness is that although the floors look clean, your feet will be filthy if you walk from one end of the house to the other barefooted. Also, only two trash bags and two dishwasher pods were provided for our 5 day stay. Some of the nonstick pans need replacement as they are scratched to the point of unhealthy. Overall, this home met my expectations for the price.

Family vacation

It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to everything you would need or want, including the beach. The house was clean and stocked with enough of the basics to at least get you through the first few days of your stay. Communication with the owner prior to our vacation and with the property manager during our vacation was great.
