Bohemian Bungalow

Spacious three bedroom full of charm and eccentricity, if you love reading and/or music, we have tons of cd’s, records and loads of books. We also have a VHS with a bunch of classic movies and Disney favorites. All the modern amenities as well! Great space for families. We can set up a crib and there is an office space and fenced yard. Washer, dryer, extra linens, all the stuff you need to feel comfortable.
There is a large completely fenced backyard with tropical trees, and a back patio area with table and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Residential neighborhood. Very close to downtown area which has pretty much every typical store, TJ Max, Walmart, Loews, CVS, ect
A car is strongly recommended, but it is possible to walk to some of the shops. There are a few bikes in the garage for exploring the neighborhood, and some beach chairs and other beach supplies
Treasure Coast beaches are stunning and secluded, some of the best in Florida! You aren't far from sun and sand, but a car is required. You'll reach some of our favorite beaches in around 20-30 minutes
Orlando and all the theme parks are one and a half hour by car (north)
West Palm beach (south) is one hour away
Miami is two hours
A very central location for exploring Florida

There is ONE TV in the living room, and we do not have cable, FYI no TV’s in the bedrooms. We find people usually have their own devices and you can sign in to your own streaming service. It’s a smart TV so you can use Netflix and other services, but we do not have local cable (for month or longer stays, we can communicate about providing cable service if it's important to you)

The space is full of vintage furniture and original artwork. It is quirky and fun and a space that we love to spend time in as a family, and hope you will as well. Most people describe it as cozy, even though it's pretty spacious it feels (we think) warm and full of personality

We do allow well behaved pets, and the yard is fenced. There are glass sliders, so it's easy to let dogs outside.

We have a ring doorbell camera, but it is for safety reasons, not to monitor our guests, we are not nosy hosts! We travel a lot, and like to treat our guests how we like to be treated, which is basically left alone to go about our business :) You be cool, we'll be cool and all will be well

Guest access
All the space is yours, but we do keep some personal items and storage bins in the garage, so we don’t allow parking in the garage.
Other things to note

We are replacing the flooring in the home in the future but for now two of the bedrooms have concrete floors. We have loads of rugs and the floors are clean and freshly painted, just an fyi.
