Relax with your family and friends in this resort style home located in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from Jensen Beach.

The Backyard has a solar heated pool, outdoor couch, dining table, lounge chairs, BBQ, and Bonfire.

Master has a king bed and 55in TV & master bathroom.

2ND Bedroom has a king bed and 55in TV.

3RD Bedroom has a Twin/Full bunkbed with Twin Trundle and 55in TV.

4th Bedroom has a Queen bed and 55in TV.

2 Living Rooms with 65in TVs & a PS4.

The space:
The home is a very spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 living rooms (A formal living room at the entrance and a second by the kitchen area). There are 2 dinning areas and an island that sits 4-5 people. The kitchen is an open concept with the living room and has a rustic style with open wood shelving so that it is easy to see where everything is. The backyard has an eating area, couch area, 2 tanning loungers all inclosed with the pool. Outside the screen there is a bonfire area with a bbq.

Guest access: All areas except garage

- 5 CAMERAS ON PROPERTY. 1 camera facing front door entrance, 1 camera facing driveway/street, 1 camera facing yard/deck/bonfire, 1 camera facing ENTIRE pool are, 1 camera facing side of home where pool pumps are.
ALL Cameras will be turned on/recording for the entirety of the reservation/stay.

- 2 Noise Detectors: One is located in the living room and the other in the patio/backyard area. The noise detectors, called NoiseAware, primary function is to monitor excessive noise levels. We want to emphasize that these devices DO NOT record sound, but rather they measure decibel levels to maintain a harmonious relationship between our guests, our neighbors, and Vrbo. These devices are entirely privacy-compliant and have the capacity to intelligently gauge crowd noise and sustained loud music.

Great Stay

The house was very updated, cheery, spacious and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the private lanai and pool. We would definitely come again.

golf trip with my friends

We came to the area to play the great Port St Lucie golf courses and to enjoy the good food in the area. Came with three friends ( all seniors) and had a great stay. The Place was really clean and close to all of our courses we played. could not have had a nicer time.

Home away from home....

Our stay here was very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for cooking/baking,with plenty of cabinet space to store your own staples of food or whatever. The place was very clean inside and out,and it felt very "homey". The location is nice. Nice neighborhood,and conveniently located near restaurants,shopping plazas and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation

We came to Florida for a family wedding and had our daughters and family with us. Kids LOVED the pool!! Perfect place to stay with kids. Everyone had their privacy. It was absolutely perfect!

Clean, Comfy and Covenient

House was fantastic! Wide open floor plan with plenty of space. TV in every room. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook if you want. Great sitting areas inside and outside. Very quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you need. I would stay here again.

Property was amazing! Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Outdoor area was so peaceful, private and relaxing. Layout of home very comfortable and roomy. Truly an exceptional find and would highly recommend this property!

Great place for families.

I really enjoyed the property and all of the room it had to offer. It was equipped with whatever you may need. My daughter and granddaughter especially liked the bunk beds. Only down fall was the pool was listed as heated and due to solar heat and no sun we were unable to use.

Nice, clean spacious house

Our overall experience was wonderful, exactly what we wanted. Hosts were extremely responsive to a couple of very minor glitches, which were fixed immediately. House was recently remodeled and was bright, clean and well equipped. There were six of us staying there, and we really appreciated the wide open living room/kitchen area to hang out in. TVs in all bedrooms and in both the living and family rooms. Pool was lovely, although we didn't have the opportunity to use it much. Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay if you are in the Port St. Lucie area. Kudos to our wonderful hosts!

Stayed here for a week for a family wedding. Loved the layout felt like everyone had their own space. The hosts were great I would definitely go back and stay again.

Great family vacation home

This home was clean and provided all needed for a large family of all ages to have a relaxing time. My child 4 yo old was so happy to have some books and toys to play with. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the fenced in pool made it safe for little ones, clean pool, grill and the screened in porch made us very happy (my mom is deathly afraid of lizards!) overall really great stay! Highly recommended- must have a car to travel very much a Residential neighborhood But everything you need is close. Thank you!
