Spring Break with Family
This is a wonderful property. Literally everything is brand new, and Kam was so responsive and helpful. The unit is also larger than expected! Short walk to the beach, and the private road/path was incredible for biking and hiking. We really enjoyed Port St Joe, with great restaurants and friendly people. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of 6. My parents enjoyed having their own area of the house in the inlaw suite. The golf cart, bikes, beach towels, and chairs really made you feel like you had everything you needed. We enjoyed the pool, but the main neighborhood pool with splash pad was great for our toddlers. Family friendly area with plenty to do without the bigger beach crowd. Definitely will rent here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway
The home is lovely with enough room for everyone. There's a pool down the street, a boardwalk to the beach is steps away and if you don't want to walk, hop on the golf cart. The host provided everything we needed including beach towels and gear. The home is clean and well maintained. This is a family friendly community with something for everyone. The check-in process was hassle free and the host was there to answer any questions we had. The beaches are beautiful! Clean and not overrun with tourists. If you are interested in a relaxing beach vacation, this is the perfect place. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Great place! Beautiful beach. Very nice pool!
The house was great! Very spacious, nice kitchens, comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water! We appreciated the golf cart and beach cart. Everything we needed for eating in and good location for eating out! Will stay again. Have one less star for cleanliness because the vacuum didn’t work very well and there was food on the living room floor when we arrived. Also one trash can in bathroom hadn’t been emptied. No big deal!
