Each bedroom in Citrus Cove has its own unique design and personality, combining coastal flair with curated comfort. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the porch, paddling along the bay, or gathering for a family ping pong tournament, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.

Guests have access to all Plantation amenities that include: pickle ball courts, tennis courts, olympic-style pool, beach access, nature trails, bike paths, fitness center etc.

- This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- Please note, The St. George Island Plantation requires a $100 entrance fee. This is included in your reservation as 'Community Fee.'

- Our property maintains a strict no smoking or vaping policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- You will receive your door code via digital Welcome Guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
- This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited by The Plantation. If Plantation security gets reports of any disturbances, the owners will be contacted and your group will be removed from the property.
