Lovely property & perfect destination

We loved the property, it was beautiful, probably better than the photos. We had super great and easy beach access. Our parking was super simple. The house had very nice furniture, appliances, and a beautiful balcony view. Our condo was right on the corner and looked out right to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Single mom traveling with 12&18 year old children. We travel A LOT and have stayed in many beach condos. This one was in my top 3 for sure. It is bright and white, well maintained, there are basically 2 walls of windows in the living room with surrounding beach views. This is a corner unit, and the balcony wraps around. The kitchen was nice with granite countertops and quality kitchenware (think blue diamond pans and not cheap teflon). Separate coffee bar area. Full pantry closet with shelves. Washer & dryer, A/C work well. Beds aren’t the most comfortable ever, but newer and clean- master had a pillow top. Very very clean unit. Keypad entrance was awesome with teens. Quiet. Small enough building to have plenty of beach front area- don’t have to rush out early for a spot. Very short walk to the beach. Side notes: the parking is numbered but not assigned. Never had trouble finding a spot. Elevator quit working second day after a storm and never worked again… (we were fine but might matter to others). There is a pool, but it’s pretty small. Responded immediately to only issue that came up during stay. I would 100% stay here again and I hardly ever visit the same place twice!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the condo in Mexico Beach! The recent remodel is stunning—everything feels fresh, modern, and impeccably clean. The design choices, from the sleek furnishings to the vibrant decor, created a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The real showstopper, though, was the incredible views! Waking up to panoramic ocean vistas each morning was pure magic, and we couldn’t get enough of watching the sunset from the balcony. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. Everything was well-maintained, and the condo had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this gem!
