We stayed for 3 nights. The house was quite pretty, and its location offered both great convenience and privacy. However, upon our arrival, we discovered the house was not clean. There were two full trash cans left by the previous guests, and the basement bathroom still had a lot of hair on the drain. Additionally, the bedroom in the basement had hairs on the pillow. The smell downstairs was not pleasant, the dishwasher still contained food, and the kitchen had not been cleaned. We had to spend about an hour cleaning the space ourselves. I'm not sure if the cleaning company inspected the house after they finished cleaning.I would have given the overall experience 3 stars, but the people in the property management company went above and beyond to address our concerns. They were super awesome and professional, which made up for the other negative experiences we had. Thank you so much to Mary and Barbie – you both are amazing!
