    Condo is located across Hwy 98 with convenient crosswalk directly in front of complex.
    Other amenities include:
    6 beach chairs, beach cart, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware needed, washer and dryer in unit, WiFi, smart TVs, cable and Keurig coffee maker.
    Parking: one private parking space beneath unit and parking lot for additional vehicles. Elevator located in complex.
