Welcome to The Blue Martin, one of the largest and most spacious town-homes in all of Mexico Beach—just steps from the sand! This beautifully remodeled beachside retreat was fully updated after Hurricane Michael, with all-new interiors and finishes, and is in excellent condition.
Spread across multiple levels, this home offers ample space and comfort for large families or groups:
Second Floor: Features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for entertaining, along with a convenient half bath. Enjoy both beachside and roadside decks, perfect for catching ocean breezes or morning sun.
Third Floor: Includes a generous master suite with a large bathroom featuring both a soaking tub and a separate shower. A second bedroom on this level has its own private en-suite bath, offering privacy for guests or family members.
Top Floor: A massive bedroom currently outfitted with four beds—ideal for kids, extended family, or guests—complete with stunning views of the surrounding area.
The Blue Martin offers a rare combination of size, location, and comfort just steps from the Gulf.
You’ll find an outdoor closet filled with beach essentials, including chairs, umbrellas, and toys, all available for your use!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
