Beachfront, Hot Tub, Quiet Beach ~ Coastawhile

  • A very private gulf front home located in the "Old Florida" surroundings of Indian Pass.  Wide beaches, lots of privacy, and panoramic views.  Relax on the covered wrap around porch while watching the sunset over the gulf and dolphins swimming along the water's edge.  This beach home has all the amenities you could ask for including a private hot tub, 4 flat screen TVs, and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Floor Plan:  1st Level--Large living room with gorgeous gulf views, two full futons, 55" smart TV/DVD; dining area, kitchen with granite counter tops, laundry room, half bath and bedroom.  Master B/R has king bed, full bath, 46" TV/DVD.

    2nd Level--Bedroom #2 has queen bed and 40" TV; Bedroom #3 has queen bed and 40" TV; Full bath.

    *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
