Guests staying at this modern peaceful beach home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets that can’t be replaced. There are multiple smart TVs in the home. You are welcome to use the laundry area.
Keyless entry code will be provided 3 days prior to check-in for access to the home.

* * 4 seater golf cart included. 6 seater cart is available for $100/night+tax. You must pay for the golf cart for the entire duration of the reservation. (i.e. 5 nights=$500) Golf cart rental fee and rental agreement must be signed for use of golf carts. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form and successful payment guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.
*This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. Pet fee is $200/per pet. Free parking for 4 vehicles is available on the premises, additional parking can be arranged upon request.
*Boat and trailer parking are not allowed.
*Please be aware, the owners have a recording audio/video Ring doorbell on the front door and exterior camera on the garage and rear of the hime.
