Très grand appartement

Très grand appartement Bien fournit en vaisselle Meubles pratiques Bonne localisation A côté du Swiss vapeur parc, Aquaparc accessible à pied. Les quais et le village offrent une bonne destination de ballade Environnement calme. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par le bruit. L’ascenseur le rend accessible à tous La vue sur le Swiss vapeur parc a enchanté nos enfants et leur a permis de faire un inventaire précis des trains du parc. Je recommande cette location pour des familles

Grosse schöne FEWO am Genfersee

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in le Bouveret. Die Fewo ist sehr günstig gelegen neben dem Swissvapeur park und in der Nähe vom Aquapark. Zudem fehlt es an nichts und die Wohnung ist riesig. So geht man sich auch mal bei schlecht Wetter nicht auf den Geist.

Das Appartment hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht in alle Richtungen, ist gemütlich zum Verweilen, war sehr sauber und das Geschirr ist ausreichend für viele Leute! Die Nähe zu den Attraktionen und zu den ÖV in le Bouveret ist genial. Bouveret selber liegt leider schon am späten Nachmittag im Schatten.

L'appartement 3ème étage est grand, bien équipé, fonctionnel et agréable avec une place de parking non couverte, ascenseur. Cuisine agréable, fonctionnelle. La grande pièce a 3 expositions, est lumineuse avec 3 belles vues, mais il y a très peu de soleil sur la terrasse même en fin de journée en raison du mur gauche. La terrasse est vue lac ou montagne. C'est venteux. Toutes les chambres donnent sur la marina. Les lumières extérieures côté chambre parents sont très puissantes. Agence très bien.

Super Aussicht vom 3.Stock man sieht ins Rhonetal hinauf und über die Bäume hinweg auf den Genfersee. Wäre für Rollstuhlfahrer Gebehinderte fast geeignet wenn eines der beiden Badezimmer etwas grösser wäre. Schade Frau Z. war sehr entgegen kommend,höflich wir durften sogar mit Ihr den Parkplatz tauschen, da unser Auto sehr lang ist mit Veloständer für 4 Fahrräder. Danke Für Bikes gibt es leider keinen geeigneten Fahrradständer, weil die Reifen breiter sind.

Alles gut ausgestattet und sauber. Leider sind die Matratzen und Sofas komplett durchgelegen und gesessen. Dies müsste für diesen Preis dringend erneuert werden.

Top Lage mit schöner Aussichten

Schöne Wohnung an guter und ruhiger Lage. Das Mobiliar (Sofa/ Betten/ Terrassenklapptisch) dürfte wiedermal überholt werden. Die Wände sollten gestrichen und die Vorhänge gereinigt werden. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Geschirr sollte man zum Teil auswechseln.. Teller hatten überall Ecken ab! Rüstmesser die gut schneiden leider keine vorhanden. Pfannen waren zum Teil sehr schmutzig. Sonst ist alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen. DANKE

Holiday

The property was in a good position and had everything we needed. The crockery needs updating and we were surprised that we had to remove the bedding as we felt the price for cleaning should have encluded this. Also at the end of a holiday when you have paid for cleaning you don’t expect to have to clean the fridge!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung an toller Lage

Schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung an toller Lage, leider gab es trotz Belegung mit sieben Personen (Familie mit Grosseltern) keinen zweiten Schlüssel - das war für die teilweise unterschiedlichen Tagesplanungen sehr unangenehm. Einige Dinge waren defekt, so konnte man zwei Rolläden nicht runterlassen und das grosse Schiebefenster zum Balkon nur ganz speziell öffnen und schliessen - wir mussten zweimal den Schlüsselhalter anrufen, weil es sich verklemmt hatte. Der Service war aber zuvorkommend.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung an einem sehr schönen Standort. Die Ferienfreude wurde aber durch die extrem schlechten Matratzen und die alte Bettwäsche sehr getrübt. Die Kissen (ohne Schutzbezüge) waren sehr fleckig (eklig). Auch der Teppich im Kinderzimmer und der Sofaüberzug im Wohnzimmer hatten sehr viele Flecken und sollten ersetzt werden.
