"Every communication was clear, complete,concise and meaningful. They responded quickly when we needed to leave a day early and when we needed to find a pharmacy open on Sunday.When we lost our way they literally came and rescued us while pointing out useful landmarks. There was a helpful, large map of Perugia on the table...as well as some much appreciated fresh fruit. We wish every host was as thorough on check-in! They walked us through the use of the stove top, windows, washing machine and bathroom ventilation system. Instead of having to spend our vacation searching the Internet on how to use these things we were immediately at home".And the left the instructions manuals in a drawer.The view is amazing! When not looking one of the 7 plus large windows in the main area, there is a full and varied library to linger over.spacious, clean, relaxing.It is easy access to the historic area and only teo blocks from a lovely, quiet park. The neighborhood is filled with Neighbors and not frantic tourists.Before the end of the first of five days that me friend and I spent there, I started repeating, I have found the real Italy and a longing that I will return. Perugia is a relaxing, diverse gem"

"This is an excellent choice for accommodation in Perugia. The suite was lovely with two separate bedrooms, kitchenette with everything you would need, bathroom and even a sauna! Having free laundry facilities on site was a huge bonus while travelling. The location is very central. I would definitely recommend Welchome Suites."

"We were fortunate to book this lovely modern apartment in the old town area of Perugia. The owner, Simone, was always timely with responses to texts. All of the amenities exceeded our expectations, including comfortable beds and generous living areas. Of course, there were stairs to the second floor location – but we were in Italy! And, because this is a pedestrian neighborhood, taxis had to leave us at the end of our street less than 150 feet from the front door and easy to find.The neighborhood is friendly and convenient with great restaurants, cafés, and shops in less than a block, a grocery store and Pharmacy are right around the corner. It was easy to get to know. The bus station, MiniMetro (access to the train station), and elevators to the main Piazza, are within walking distance. The official tourist information location is close to the entrance to the Piazza from the elevators and worth a stop.We enjoyed our stay on Perugia and the comfort and convenience of the apartment that we used as home-base as we explored central Italy."

"Everything was absolutely fine save for parking. We were led to believe that parking was available at the property but it was not. It was a relatively short walk but since one of us had mobility issues the lack of parking complicated our stay. Parking therefore cost extra."
