Fabulous hotel with lovely rooms and a great spa. The views are breathtaking in both directions. We cycled over the trails to get there. What a great end to the day.

I dont think that the hotel is a 5 star hotel. Its a very good 4 star. Its very remote regarding access to external amenities. There was confusion about the 20 euro food credit which took 4 conversations to obtain, even then the system couldn't produce a receipt for the balance.

Whilst the property is rated at 5 star, it is not a luxurious facility. Rooms and corridors are pretty much due for repainting. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful and the facilities were good although a little basic. For a 6 night stay were only entitled to two large bottles of water in the room on arrival that were not replenished. This is policy at this property. Food was generally good with the buffet representing good value. Ala carte menu is quite limited but sufficient.

They never clean the floor in our room. They even left used dirty coffee cup uncleaned. Never replenished coffee pods. or replaced empty water bottles.It seems like they only made the bed and walked out without doing anything else in the rood. Hallway walls and doors are all scratched and left that way they need a new paint job. Staff ignored guests they seemed busy with chores. Only one host in the dining room seemed very welcoming and friendly she showed interest in interacting with guests.

Property is nice and in a quiet area which means really far away from anything. Our family had a car, so we made daily trips out of this hotel, the main Highway/Freeway was about 15-20 mins away.

Faint smell of gas in the faucet water. Beds worthy of a 1950s motel. Breakfast so-so (mainly missing plain yoghurt and larger glasses for water, forcing us to drink one sip at a time). Otherwise quiet, conveniently located, beautiful surroundings and nice pool

Very horrible experience. Beddings wasn't changed for 3days. Spar opened extremely late on Sunday morning. Air conditioning wasn't working during my entire stay. Expected noise from racing cars started a bit too early in the morning. Furniture in the room, is extremely basic to qualify as a 5 star. Breakfast finishes to early. TV stopped working on the 2nd day at night. A single bottle of water for 2 guests on a weather wasn't enough .

The scenes are brilliant and I'd recommend the hotel for any big racing fan. The staff were very welcoming and the staffs at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Not related to the hotel is the location being situated 'far' from major urban areas with relatively difficult connectivity transport wise. Many Uber riders would refuse to accept a lift and some would offer their own terms if they were to accept a ride.

Definitely not a 5 star, 3 star tops but there is no option near the racetrack. Racetrack is awesome and very exciting to drive, highly recommended if your are a car guy/girl.

This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility.

Decepcionante, para un hotel que se publicita como 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones eran amplias, estaban limpias, y la cama era confortable, pero ahí se acababa el alcance de este hotel... Los vasos que usamos el primer dia, continuaron en el mismo sitio durante toda la estancia, sin moverse un milimetro, como las cajitas del gorro de baño, o cualquier envoltorio que abrimos. El cargador del vehículo eléctrico, que fue uno de los motivos de selección, se reducia un punto de 6KW, que en teoria solo se podía utilizar tres horas. En la práctica, estuvo ocupado por vehículos dias y noches enteros, y en recepción se desentedieron de ello, diciendo que ellos no controlaban el uso...(?), por lo que fue imposible usarlo. La variedad de desayuno y cena era muy, muy limitada, y cualquier 3 estrellas proporciona calidad y variedad igual o superior.

Une parenthèse de calme !

Un très bel hôtel, très calme au milieu des montagnes à proximité d’un circuit de course , des chambres spacieuses avec un balcon. Le personnel, la piscine, le SPA, le petit dej tout parfait. Seul bémol, le restaurant avec buffet n’est pas celui que l’on s’attend dans un 5 étoiles et des équipements étaient hors service pendant notre séjour (billard et douches écossaises dans le SPA) On vous le recommande !

O pequeno-almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e qualidade. O hotel foi, sem dúvida, a melhor escolha que fiz para a minha estadia. O único ponto a melhorar seria aumentar o número de carregadores para carros elétricos, já que atualmente existe apenas um disponível.

Top , tout été bien , dommage pas rester assez longtemps pour profiter de la grande piscine extérieure et le temps ni était pas , le petit déjeuner très copieux et de très bon produits, la chambre confortable et le lit et les oreillers aussi
