Sea view and just 40 m from the beach sand.Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning (cold and hot), equipped kitchenette.Room and bedroom with balcony - Sea and beach view.Internet Wi-Fi and TV (MEO Fiber system).Parking space in the building's garage.NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Good llcation

Great location, be prepared for noisy at night as people party very late! Front door was very hard to get opened! It’s very secure but took awhile to get the door to open! Apartment was very clean!

O apartamento era agradável, limpo na chegada, tinha tudo o que eu precisava, além da linda vista para o mar. Nuris é um lugar incrível para passar férias e curtir a praia. Meu único comentário é que encontrei cabelo no congelador e alguns dos copos não estavam muito limpos

Boa localização, limpeza e bem equipado

Bom serviço, de confiança. Ar condicionado e estacionamento, em frente a praia. Bem equipado. Zona barulhenta, convinha as janelas serem duplas. Só faltou máquina de lavar louça e ar condicionado no quarto.
