Great Apartment in Alvor in the Vila Marachique Development, consisting of 1 bedroom with capacity for 4 people, bathroom with shower cubicle, living room with balcony, comfortable, spacious and modern.It has an iron, hairdryer, a parking space in the same building, common swimming pool and 2 televisions.The kitchenette is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and electric jug.NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use.
