Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da. Das war auch gut so. Zu kleines Zimmer für 4 Personen. Kein Stuhl und kein Tisch. Nur 1 Steckdose. Leselampen an den Betten gab es mal. Nicht mehr vorhanden. Allgemein müßte man das Hostel renovieren. Im Vergleich zu anderer Hostels in Europa ist der Standard und Comfort schlecht. Frühstück war für einmal OK. Aber zu wenig Auswahl. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Küchenpersonal war auch sehr hilfsbereit aber leider zu wenig Personal. Bei zu vielen Gästen auf einmal fehlte dann das Essen.

Don’t book this hostel.

Ikke book her! Vi ankom hotellet etter lang reisevei fra flyplassen og et stykke å gå fra bussen i stekvarme og med bagasje. Når vi ankom var det en dame i resepsjonen som ikke visste noe om stedet, hvor bussene var eller hva man kunne gjøre i området og når vi sier at det går bra, vi er bare så varme og gleder oss til å ta et bad i bassenget sier hun at det ikke funker. Vi forklarer at det er hovedgrunnen til at vi booket og at det var veldig leit å få beskjed om det ved ankomst og at de ikke har tatt seg tid til å informere om dette på forhånd. I tillegg fortalte hun at det er helt tomt, ingenting og gjøre og er ingen som bor på hotellet, så hun har dermed hatt masse tid til å gi oss beskjed på forhånd. Ikke bare dette men når vi sier vi velger å bo et annet sted på grunn av brudd i vilkårene og dårlig service ringer hun sjefen sin for å få hjelp og hun nekter å prate med oss. Jeg måtte spørre 4 ganger om å få prate med sjefen men hun nektet i følge de ansatte fordi hun var på ferie å slappet av , men hun hadde tid til å prate masse med sine kollegaer men ikke oss gjestene som stod midt i en uheldig opplevelse vi ville løse. De ansatte fortalte at de var redde for sjefen sin og dermed ikke turte å sende oss noe mail angående basseng som ikke fungerer og at de ikke ville refundere fordi hun sa nei. Jeg må nå følge opp dette med Hotels.com på grunn av inkompetent personal og ledelse. Etter gang nummer 4 fikk jeg snakke med sjefen, håpløst opplegg det der. Stay away.

Deja ce n est pas un hotel.C est une auberge de jeunesse. Personnel tres accueillant piscine agreable surtout avec 35 degres ou plus. Et petit déjeuner compris tres agreable. En revanche les douches et lavabos hommes etaient brulants, impossible de rester plus de 5 seconde... du coup les hommes allaient se doucher chez les femmes... on a signale le probleme mais il n etait pas regle le lendemain. Et enfin de 23h30 a 3h00 du matin de nombreuses personnes gueulant dans le couloir sans s occuper que des familles essaient de dormir.

Esperienza tremenda. Sconsigliatissimo neanche a basso prezzo: camera venduta con bagno privato che non ha bagno privato ma in comune con quelli dell'ostello, sporchissimi e mai puliti per la durata del viaggio, senza sapone ne carta igienica mai ricaricati e senza aria condizionata e mancanza di aria nelle stanze. A metà soggiorno ci cambiano la camera e ci dicono di non preoccuparci per le valigie che ci si penserà al nostro ritorno con calma e quando arriviamo altra gente aveva preso la nostra camera dove all'interno erano stati lasciati alcuni dei nostri averi personali e altri misteriosamente spariti e poi ricomparsi dopo aver discusso col personale chiaramente impreparato e con nessuna voglia di lavorare.

Queriam cobrar-me 3 vezes o valor da estadia após já o ter pago e com isto bloquearam-me o acesso ao quarto por 3 noites consecutivas. Muito mau atendimento e organização do backoffice. Não recomendo. Instalações velhas e degradadas, paredes a descascar e um duche que parecia de prisão.

Fiquei em um quarto na ala das mulheres, com quatro camas. Estive sozinha durante minha estadia. Gostei bastante do lugar, bem limpo e confortável. Recepcionistas muito atenciosos e educados.

Genial, todo muy limpio y una gran atención por parte del personal. Desayuno incluido el cual constaba de un bollo de pan, jamón y queso, fruta, bizcocho, magdalenas, cereales, zumo, yogur y café. Se puede aparcar muy fácilmente alrededor de las instalaciones.
