It's a lovely modern hotel. Rooms are fabulous and the property has a rooftop infinity pool with plenty of loungers. The property has a really nice spa with an indoor pool that you pay to use. Food is good and reasonably priced. The property overlooks the river Arade with really nice views of Portimao Marina to the left and Tivoli Marina to the right and the fishing village of Ferragudo straight ahead. We stayed in a three bed apartment, they are spotlessly clean, modern and very spacious. They have everything you need. Nice bathrooms & showers, great Ac with remote controls. Atomatic shutters. When you pull up outside you may think you have arrived at the wrong place, judging by the photos online.. don't be fooled by it's modest outside. These apartments are gorgeous. Views are spectacular. Everything is a couple of minutes walk. There is a pizza place right underneath with fantastic pizzas. The staff in jardins are very helpful and friendly. We were on the 23rd floor. But a lift goes all the way. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We will be back

Stayed for 13 days in November 2014. Very good overall impression. Very quiet environment in and around the hotel (in November), many great beaches around (Coelha, Sao Rafael, Castelo), absolutely incredible cliffs (!!!). Ocean water warm enough to swim even in the winter months. Swam several times, the only problem was high waves. There's not so much "civilization" around the hotel, which was also a good issue, especially if you need a quiet place for the stay, but the nearest city...

Wow we were expecting not a lot for the low cost of our stay but we were blown away! The apartments are located beside the sea in New Town. Staff were superb. Very helpful, courteous and friendly. The apartment and hotel in general is cleaned to a high standard. Beautiful spectacular Seaview from our balcony. The bar/lobby is the WiFi hub so a great opportunity to meet new friends. The hotel is conveniently located beside the strip, buses, beach. And yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend.
