Apartment of 80 m2 with 2 bedrooms (one en suite with double bed, one with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, lounge with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, plate vitro, microwave, machine linen), private parking and safe and wide with table and chairs and a fantastic view from the 3rd floor to the marginal, the beach, the sea and the Arade river.
This apartment is legalized and licensed by Turismo de Portugal Institute with 24121 / AL record, as you can check the page rnal (National Register of Guest accommodation).
A 5-minute drive from the nearest golf course (Alto Golf & Country Club).
