Our large one-story apartment with about 130m2 was recently acquired and refurbished with all the necessary comfort for a family holiday. Equipped American kitchen, broadband WIFI and private parking are some of the amenities of our so called “President” accommodation.It can accommodate up to 6 people (2 double beds, 1 single bed and a sofa bed). Smart TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, frozen fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and other appliances. South-west facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Outdoor swimming pool (1 for adults and 1 for children).Guests will have exclusive access to the property and the condominium's private parking. City center - 600 metersPraia da Rocha, 450 metersAlvor – 4 KmsSituated within walking distance of the center of Portimão and a few minutes from Praia da Rocha, this ground floor apartment is located in a private condominium with parking and an outdoor swimming pool. Wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance. Excellent location.We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 eurosRental services:• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stayServices that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival.
