"I think we had the smallest room at the hotel with a dog! We arrived at the hotel straight from the beach and while my husband was in the shower we discovered no towels were in the room. I had to go down two floors (lift broken!) just for staff to tell me sorry no towels available while they wait ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
