Orchards Apartment - 1 bedroom apartment with parking and garden

Orchards Apartment - 1 bedroom apartment with parking and garden

10/10 Excellent
"What a beautifully presented holiday let. Spotlessly clean and a lovely Cornish cream scone waiting for us. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. The decor is very tasteful and well coordinated. Mevagissey is a beautiful fishing village. It’s a short walk to a lovely beach or into the town but be prepared for a steep walk up and down to both, but it’s well worth the effort. The area is lovely and quiet too so great to get away from it all. You have access to a little private garden and also a terrace which captures the late afternoon sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thankyou."

Stunning Sea/Harbour Views in a Beautiful Stone Built Cottage - Village Location

Stunning Sea/Harbour Views in a Beautiful Stone Built Cottage - Village Location

8/10 Good
"We booked our trip last minute and were pleasantly surprised at the accommodation for the price that we paid. Upstairs there is a small loo separate bath room and two good sized bedrooms with great views across the harbour. The middle floor at road level is the kitchen diner and living room. Downstairs has a double bedroom separate utility, shower room with loo and sun room onto the garden. The property itself is homely and is located in a great position for access to the harbour. The outside space allowed the dogs to do what they like to do in the garden. If you enjoy people watching this is the place for you, just remember to cover up if you are going for a midnight trip to the loo. The house is generally well equipped but be aware that some of the foodstuff in the cabinets is well past its use by date. The parking space available is adequate but we did have a resident complain about us driving through private property to access it. Overall I would recommend the property if you are able bodied and the communication and check in process was seamless."

Luxurious Cornish Holiday let, 4 min stroll to Pentewan beach, village setting.

10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely week at the apartment. When we arrived we were welcomed by our friendly host Katrina. Inside the apartment we found a lovely welcome gift of scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream and a bottle of chilled Proseco. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, Parking is at a premium in the village and you will soon appreciate the parking space provided with the apartment. The hosts have thought of everything that you are likely to need in the apartment during your stay. There is a gift shop and an excellent coffee shop in the village square. The Ship Inn is an excellent pub and the meals that we had were very good. Lovely beer garden opposite the pub. The beach is only a short walk from the village. We have no reservation about recommending a stay at this apartment in Pentewan."

"Great place to stay, a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. A really quiet place to chill out. The hot tub smelt a little funky, like someone had let their dog in it (ugh) but with a quick wipe out it was ok."

"Lovely stay at Pickle Cottage in the June heatwave. There’s everything you could possibly need there including stuff for children etc and very clean. Loved Gorran Haven beach with such soft sand and easy access, food at The Ship Inn was good and the pasties from Nile’s bakery were huge and stuffed full of chunks of meat and veg. A great week and would highly recommend Pickle Cottage."
