"Chegamos e havia apenas 1 recepcionista para atendimento com a previsão de hotel lotado. Chegamos por volta das 14:30 e o quarto não estava pronto, saímos e retornamos as 17:30 e ainda não havia quarto pronto. O menino da recepção, não se mostrou preocupado, disse que houve problema com a lavanderia e isso atrasou todo o serviço. "The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street. The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake. We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys. I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
