"When we checked in, we were greeted by Glauber de Freitas. From our check in he commented that it was soon my wife’s birthday. We didn’t think much of this and asked about local dining options that met our dietary requirements. He suggested a great restaurant that we enjoyed very much. This trip was a celebration for my wife. We had a day trip planned for the actual day. When we returned, we found a gluten free cake and chilling sparkling wine in our room. The gesture capped off a perfect day. Glauber left a beautifully handwritten card wishing my wife a happy birthday and reassured us that everything met our dietary restrictions. We forgot that we shared all this information with him, but he didn’t. This gesture made our stay beyond extraordinary."

"A lovely hotel, with very helpful attentive staff. Rooftop bar and restaurant on the nineteenth floor. I didn’t get chance to use the Spa but it looked lovely. The Hotel is in a very safe area with good restaurants close by. Porto is a big City so it’s a 50 minute walk from the River and main area, but taxis are cheap and readily available."

"This hotel is very modern and has mood lighting and a lot of cool tech features in the room. AC works well and is very quiet. The shower even has a button rest to turn it on instead of twisting knobs. I would 100% stay at this property again. It’s probably the most tech filled property I’ve ever stayed at. "
