"Very close to city of comfortable 10 min walk.. and to ferry boat navigazion is about another 10 leisurely walk…the nearest train is Como Borghi about a 5-7min walk… the room for our family of 4 was very spacious, and clean; their door key is an old key with a heavy keychain but I found it charming.. it has a lift/elevator which is very helpful for those with big luggage.. breakfast selection is a good variety of choices; just a note I did get water from there to fill up our container every morning for our day trip and the staff was very helpful and filling it up for me..they were very nice Front desk staff was helpful with all questions on how to get about their city including calling a big taxi for us to the train station due to heavy rains when we were leaving. We had a very good stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend."

"If you make sure to get a newly renovated room, all is good. If you don’t, it’s a completely different stay. The rooms that are not renovated are dingy older and need a deep cleaning. Shower is small, etc. If you get a newly renovated room it’s completely opposite. Air-conditioning is fabulous. Beds are comfortable pillows are wonderful, etc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the pool and pool chairs were fabulous. The concierge staff need to get a little more training. They were unable to really answer questions about the area, the restaurants things to do, etc. They were young locals who really didn’t seem very trained. For example, when I asked if they could make a reservation for dinner the concierge said “you want ME to call?“ That was a little surprising. She was very sweet, but they need training on what a concierge’s role is in a nice hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay and would especially like to thank Hash for her outstanding service. She was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. If there is an employee's award, I definitely recommend her for this. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented each morning. A useful added convenience was the ice machine located opposite the reception area, which was very handy during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality provided by Hash and the hotel team."
