The holiday home is on he first floor and it`s ideal for a vacation by the sea in Salento, with everything that Porto Cesareo has to offer. The staircase takes to the apartment, characterized by the star vaults. It consists of a master bedroom, a living room with dining area and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The house is completed by a balcony with a beautiful view on the symbols of Porto Cesareo: the sixteenth-hundred tower and the Isola dei Conigli.

The surroundings of the Bilo
Bilo is in the centre of Porto Cesareo; it`s a seafront apartment, near the small harbor where the caiques sails towards the Isola dei Conigli. Everything is at your fingertips: bars, restaurants, fish shops, bank, tobacco shops, newsstands and other shops. The closest beach is 450 meters away, while the beach establishment is on the Isola Lo Scoglio. Other beach establishments are 1,4 kilomenters away, on the beautiful coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.


- From 21:00 ZTL active. The pass will be provided directly by the agency that manages the property.
