150 meters from the popular beach of Porto Cesareo, Monolocale Lu Mare is
one of the three semi-independent holiday homes that form the Versomare
complex, where you can spend holidays in the Salento. The apartments
for rent are modern, carefully furnished, all equipped with air
conditioning and wi-fi internet. The Monolocale Lu Mare can accommodate up to 4 people. No pets allowed.

Monolocale Lu Mare is
an apartment with a spacious living room, an well-equipped open kitchen
so you can enjoy cooking during your stay, an electric oven and TV,
plus two single beds. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Located
in the heart of Porto Cesareo, Versomare is developed on the first
floor of a building where you can spend your vacation with all necessary
services within reach. Together with 2 other apartments Lu Sule and Lu
Ientu they can easily accommodate up to 11 people. There`s a shared
staircase, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining and a laundry room
with a washing machine. There is no internal parking space but you can easily park your car on the street in front of the building. 
 
The surroundings of the complex Versomare
 
Versomare is a complex of holiday homes in the center of Porto Cesareo. The popular beach town is
just 150 meters from the complex and can be easily reached on foot, as
all the main services. The bathing establishments are just a few
kilometers away, famous destinations such as Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Riva degli Angeli, with Caribbean sea and high golden dunes.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance staircase, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining and a laundry room.
