Villa Andrea House is a lovely vacation cottage for rent in Torre Lapillo for up to 8 people. The vacation home is located in a very quiet area, just 650 meters from the beach. Fully fenced, the cottage has large furnished outdoor spaces.

It is equipped with indoor parking, barbecue, air conditioning in the rooms, washing machine, outdoor shower, mosquito nets, hair dryer and TV, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed in Villa Andrea House.

The Salento seaside vacation cottage has a double entrance gate, one pedestrian and one for cars. A large garden surrounds it entirely, in which there are areas equipped with a sitting area, barbecue, and a veranda equipped for outdoor dining. Also present is an outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the beaches.

The interiors are spacious and airy, simply furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. In addition to the entrance and hallway, there are a large living room with open kitchen, dining room and double sofa bed, 2 triple bedrooms furnished with double + single beds, and 1 shower room.

Villa Andrea House is perfect for family vacation or group of friends, it is very simple and cozy.

Villa Andrea House allows is located in Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and the sea with a crystal clear seabed suitable for everyone.

Located in a quiet area, the house allows you to walk to the center of Torre Lapillo, where there are all the main commercial and tourist services. Every evening in the center, at the height of summer, there is also a rich market.






- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is served by cistern.
