The entrance is in a shared outdoor courtyard, where mini Jacuzzi pool, solarium, barbecue and sauna are available.
Exclusive 4-bed apartment, sea front in Porto Cesareo
Residence Medusa is a newly built apartment complex, located right on the sea front of Porto Cesareo, overlooking the Rabbit Island.
The large entrance courtyard is furnished with large relaxation areas, barbecue area, mini Jacuzzi whirlpool pool, comfortable sunbeds, all shared with the owner who resides in the one-bedroom apartment next door.
The entrance to the two-room apartment Zeus ground floor is in a shared hallway.
The apartment`s interiors are refined, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a relaxing, carefree vacation.
In the living room with open kitchen and dining room there is 1 double sofa bed. Next to it is 1 double bedroom, followed by 1 full shower room with double sinks.
The solution is ideal for couples or small families up to 4 people.
The surroundings of Residence Medusa in Porto Cesareo

Residence Medusa is located in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area overlooking the sea, the small port and with a view of the Rabbit Island.
In the immediate vicinity are all the main services, a small playground by the sea. Also not far away is the amusement park and the promenade leading to the center, which can also be reached on foot.
The equipped sandy beaches are also within walking distance.

 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has no window.
